Fancy a spin on our bikes. Our spinning classes are cardio workouts set to music with a focus on endurance and strength with high and low intensity levels throughout the workout which will keep you strong and fit whilst burning serious calories. Your legs will not thank you at first but you come away feeling that you have really achieved something. Spinning is great if you want a motivational workout. You control everything from your speed and resistance to your intensity level so we suggest starting off easy and then increasing the challenge as you go.
